This short itinerary, created in the area of the former Ampola Fortress, makes it possible to rediscover a piece of history surrounded by a unique natural environment. The aim is to highlight the historical events that characterised the Ampola Fortress, while also highlighting the naturalistic aspects that characterise it. The open-air cultural route is accompanied by multimedia insights through the free broadband Wi-Fi network. The bridge and walkway follow the old bastion, overhanging the Citta stream on one side and the Palvico stream on the other, offering truly evocative and exciting views in an environment that has remained almost unspoilt.

In the evening hours, the waterfall lights up with magical and mysterious effects, offering guests the opportunity to use the telescopes provided to observe the starry arc, which is clearly visible on clear nights, due to the absence of light pollution.
